I am not a trifle person (sorry mom), so this easy, layered dessert is my answer to what is for Christmas pudding. If you are a purist, you might not call this dessert a Tiramisu (as a coffee lover myself, I completely get it). Not that you need it, but you have my permission to call it whatever you like.
